Larry Bourk B. Comm., C.H.R.P — Independent Businessman

Ms. Cecil previously worked in investment banking for BMO Nesbitt Burns with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Mr. Chabot is currently the President of Sunox Industrial Gases Inc. and a former director of London Guarantee Insurance Company. He has held senior positions with Air Products Inc., Canadian Medical Developments Inc., MDS Laboratories, Guarantee Company of North America, and Proctor and Gamble.
Mike George — President and Chief Executive Officer, Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company
Mike George is the President and Chief Executive Officer responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the company and managing the day to day business activities of Trisura. Until June of 2005, Mike was a Senior Vice President and Director of a large multinational insurance company, responsible for its field operations in Surety, Special Risk, Title and New Home Warranty operations across Canada. Until the end of 2002, Mike was also involved with the firm's Corporate Risk business, comprising Directors and Officers' Liability, Fidelity and Professional Liability Insurance.
Melvin Hawkrigg B.A., F.C.A., LL.D (Hon.) — Independent Businessman
Mr. Hawkrigg is currently the Chairman of Orlick Industries and a director of Renasant Financial Partners Limited. Previously the Chairman of London Life Insurance Company and Trilon Financial Corporation, Mr. Hawkrigg has also held senior management positions with Brascan Limited (now known as Brookfield Asset Management Inc.), Canada Trustco, Fuller Brush Company and Ernst & Young. Other former directorships include Royal Lepage Limited, Security First Inc. and John Labatt Ltd.
George Myhal — Senior Managing Partner, Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
George is a Senior Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. where he has primary responsibility for strategic planning, business development and the Public Securities Operations. George has held a number of senior positions within Brookfield since joining the company in 1981 and has been instrumental in the development and growth of Brookfield's asset management business. George is a Chartered Accountant and an industrial engineer from the University of Toronto.
Bob Taylor — Chairman of the Board, Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company
Bob Taylor is the Chairman of the Board and supports Mike in setting the overall strategy, vision, and direction of the company. In addition, Bob has general oversight responsibilities for the Corporate Risk operations. Until 2002, Bob was President and Chief Executive Officer of a federally regulated property and casualty insurance company that specialized in the similar lines of business that Trisura targets. Prior to leading that start up operation in 1989, Bob was a Senior Vice President of a large multinational insurance company.
