Richard Grant Senior Vice President, Corporate Risk
Richard Grant is responsible for the leadership of the Corporate Risk business. Richard is also responsible for broker relationships, underwriting and product development. Richard brings 16 years of experience in the Corporate Risk product lines with a specialized focus on Directors' and Officers' Liability Insurance and Professional Liability Insurance. Previously, Richard held the position of Assistant Vice President of a leading multinational property & casualty insurance carrier where he was involved in many facets of the business including underwriting direction, product development, reinsurance, and systems. Prior to joining Trisura, Richard held the position of National Manager of one of Canada's leading property & casualty insurance carriers. Richard is also the National Chair of the Canadian Chapter of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
Karen Traynor National Manager, Corporate Risk
Karen Traynor is responsible for underwriting and product development for Corporate Risk nationally. Karen brings to Trisura 7 years of insurance industry experience with a specialization in Directors' & Officers' Liability and Professional Liability. Prior to joining Trisura, Karen worked as an underwriter for a multinational insurance company focusing on Specialty Casualty Liability. Karen is currently working towards her RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriter) designation.

Alexandra Sellers Underwriter, Corporate Risk
Alexandra is based in the Calgary office and is responsible for broker relationships and the underwriting of Corporate Risk business in the Western Region. From 2010-2013 she worked at an international property and casualty insurance carrier where she specialized in underwriting D&O coverage for public and private risks, with specific emphasis on financial institutions. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management and Insurance, as well as the Canadian Risk Management designation.

Shane Roney Senior Underwriter, Corporate Risk
Shane Roney is responsible for broker relationships and underwriting of Corporate Risk products in Atlantic Canada. Prior to joining Trisura, Shane gained a wide range of professional experiences by working across a range of industries, with significant overseas experience and exposures. Shane also brings several years of experience working for one of Canada's largest banks and completed his degree in Finance at the University of Guelph.

Josée Levesque Assistant Vice President, Corporate Risk
Josée Levesque is responsible for broker relationships, underwriting, product development, and the management of our Corporate Risk operations in the Province of Quebec. Previously, Josée worked for multinational and national insurance companies. Josée has over 11 years of underwriting experience including risk analysis, business development, portfolio management, marketing and training / staff development.
Jean Gatien Senior Underwriter, Corporate Risk
Jean Gatien is responsible for broker relationships and underwriting. Previously, Jean worked as an insurance broker for over 12 years and as an underwriter for multinational insurance companies. He has over 10 years of underwriting experience, including risk analysis, business and product development. Jean holds a CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) designation.
Nadine Dodeman Underwriter, Corporate Risk
Nadine Dodeman is responsible for broker relationships and underwriting of our insurance products. Nadine has 6 years of underwriting experience in information technology and miscellaneous errors & omissions risks. Previously, Nadine worked for a multinational life insurance company and also has over 5 years of experience in the marketing and promotion of insurance products in personal risks lines. Presently, her primary focus is on Information Technology Professional Liability and Miscellaneous Professional Liability.
Béatrice Lartillot, Operations Assistant, Corporate Risk
As Operations Assistant in our Montréal office, Béatrice Lartillot holds several functions. She is responsible for management of the administrative duties for the office. She is also beginning in her new role as Corporate Risks underwriter, focusing on miscellaneous errors & omission and fidelity. Béatrice brings over 15 years experience in administration and customer service. Prior to joining Trisura, she worked for a multinational insurance company.

Roger Hacala Senior Vice President, Corporate Risk
Roger Hacala is responsible for the leadership of the Corporate Risk business. Roger is also responsible for broker relationships, underwriting and product development. Previously, Roger worked for 2 years as Director of Executive Risk with a multinational brokerage firm. Prior to joining the commercial insurance brokerage and risk consulting profession, Roger held a management position in a multinational insurance company in their Financial and Professional Services division. He brings 12 years of underwriting experience including the development, management and servicing of financial institution and commercial clients both domestically and internationally.
Marilyn vanGansewinkel Assistant Vice President, Corporate Risk
Marilyn vanGansewinkel is responsible for broker relationships, underwriting and product development. Previously, Marilyn worked for multinational and national insurance companies. Marilyn has 13 years of underwriting experience including risk analysis,business development, portfolio management and training/staff development. Her primary focus has been Professional Liability Insurance including insurance brokers and miscellaneous lines of business. Marilyn holds both the CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) and RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriter) designation.
Jennifer Finnell Underwriting Manager, Corporate Risk
Jennifer Finnell is responsible for the underwriting of Corporate Risk products and broker relationships in the Toronto office. Jennifer brings to Trisura 15 years of insurance industry experience. Previously, Jennifer has worked for a national Specialty Lines insurance company and niche insurance brokerages. As a Senior Underwriter,Jennifer was responsible for Professional Liability risk analysis, portfolio management,business and insurance product development and staff training. As a broker, Jennifer specialized in many facets of both Property & Casualty and Professional Liability,including Architects / Engineers, Insurance Brokers, Lawyers, Media and Entertainment and miscellaneous classes of business. Jennifer is actively working towards completion of the RPLU designation.
James Bennett Underwriter, Corporate Risk
James Bennett is responsible for underwriting Corporate Risk business in the Toronto office. Prior to joining Trisura, James worked as a Senior Underwriter for a national insurance company focusing on Executive and Professional Solutions. James brings to Trisura over 4 years of insurance industry experience. James is currently working towards his FCIP (Fellowship Chartered Insurance Professional) and RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriter) designations.

Karthika Rajamanikkom is responsible for the underwriting of Corporate Risk business in the Toronto office. Prior to joining Trisura, Karthika worked for a multinational insurance company focusing on Directors’ and Officers’ Liability and Fidelity. She brings to Trisura 3 years of insurance industry experience. Karthika is currently working towards her MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree as well as her RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriter) designation.

Prior to joining Trisura, Kyle worked as a Senior Underwriter for a national insurance company focusing on Executive and Professional Solutions. He is a graduate of Queen’s University (Commerce) and brings over 4 years of insurance industry experience to Trisura. Kyle has completed his FCIP (Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional) and CRM (Canadian Risk Management) designations.
Michael Kalakauskas Underwriter, Corporate Risk
Michael Kalakauskas is responsible for underwriting Corporate Risk business in the Toronto office. Prior to joining Trisura, Michael worked as an Account Executive & Broker for a large international insurance brokerage focusing on financial and professional liability insurance products. Michael brings over 4 years of insurance industry experience to Trisura. Michael is a graduate of Acadia University (Finance) and holds his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation. He is currently working towards his RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriter) designation.

Steve Carreiro is responsible for underwriting Directors' & Officers' Liability, Professional Liability and Fidelity Bonding for the Toronto Corporate Risk department. Steve brings to Trisura 6 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Trisura, Steve worked as an Associate Underwriter for a multinational insurance company focusing on Commercial Lines Property, Casualty and Auto. Ken Carlstrom is responsible for the leadership of the Corporate Risk business and the establishment of our Western Region operations. Ken brings to Trisura 14 years of industry experience in the specialty area with a focus on Directors' and Officers' Liability, Professional Liability and Fidelity Bonding. Prior to joining Trisura, Ken worked as an Assistant Vice President of a leading multinational property & casualty insurance carrier where he was involved in setting the strategic direction of the division across Canada in various areas including portfolio management, product development, broker management, and marketing. Prior to his involvement in the insurance industry, Ken worked in the financial services sector for a large international investment firm.

Christopher Rendell is responsible for broker relationships and the underwriting of Corporate Risk products in the Vancouver office. Prior to Trisura, he spent 5 years at a multi-national property & casualty insurance company where he specialized in underwriting Directors' and Officers' Liability insurance. Previous to his involvement in the insurance industry, Christopher spent close to 5 years working for a large diversified financial services corporation. he is currently working towards his RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriting) designation.

Rachel Holme is responsible for broker relationships and the underwriting of Corporate Risk business in the Vancouver office. Prior to joining Trisura, Rachel worked for 4 years at a multinational property and casualty insurance carrier where she specialized in underwriting Fidelity coverage and Professional Liability. Rachel holds the RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriter) designation.
Patricia Fu Underwriter, Corporate Risk
Patricia Fu is responsible for underwriting Corporate Risk products in the Vancouver office with a focus on non-profit D&O. Patricia brings many years of insurance industry experience to Trisura having worked at an international insurance company focusing on property and casualty risks from 2005 – 2009 and prior to that at an insurance brokerage firm where she worked in various capacities.
